Brim & Stitch is a hat manufacturer. We don't sell our own label, we build yours: private label runs, wholesale blanks, and decorated caps for teams, events, and resellers.
One factory, five decoration methods.
Most of the caps we ship start as a logo and a rough quantity. We handle digitizing, sourcing blanks, decoration, quality control, and packing under one roof, so you’re coordinating with one team instead of separate vendors for embroidery, printing, and assembly.
We work with independent brands ordering their first 100 units and with buying teams placing recurring container orders. Both go through the same production process: mockup, approval, sample if needed, then full run.

Cutting & Sewing
In-house pattern cutting and sewing lines for trucker, snapback, dad hat, 5-panel, and beanie constructions.
Embroidery
Multi-head embroidery machines running flat and 3D puff stitching, digitized on site from your artwork.
Sublimation & Print
Dye-sublimation for full-color panels and all-over prints, plus screen print for simple one and two color runs.
Patch Application
Heat press and sewing stations for leather, PU, PVC, and woven patches on structured and unstructured crowns.
Sample Room
A dedicated team turns approved mockups into physical pre-production samples before a bulk run is cut.
Packing & Export
Custom hang tags, labels, and poly bagging, palletized and export-documented for freight or courier shipping.
